Overview:
The Greater Orlando and Central Florida market is a stable, economic and
progressive market, growing and increasing in population. With a
consistent growth trend over the past 30 years, the area continues to enjoy

The region is approximately 4,000 square miles, nearly 2.6

and 528 Expressway. Highways 436, 434, 46 and 520 are other major
North/South and East/West roadways in Greater Orlando.
Airports:
Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Orlando/Sanford Airport are the
prominent tourist destinations for air travel within and outside the U.S.
These airports handle millions of travelers annually, with the highest security
standards under the DHS and TSA government agencies.
Theme Parks and Corporations:
Many national and international corporations are located here. The Walt
Disney Company, Universal Studios and Sea World operate the world famous theme
parks attracting millions of tourists annually. Lockheed Martin, Darden
Restaurants, Regal Marine Industries and other U.S. corporations have long been
established here.
City of Orlando New Arena & Performing Arts Center:
The City Council and Mayor of Orlando recently approved construction of a new
sports arena and new performing arts center in downtown Orlando. These
will be world class, premier facilities well equipped to host local, state and
regional events. The combined construction costs exceed $400 million.
Construction is slated to commence in late 2008.
Colleges:
The University of Central Florida, with more than 50,000 enrollment is a state
university located on the Eastern side of the city. The university just
completed construction of a brand new, state of the art football stadium seating
over 70,000 fans. UCF will begin construction of a new Medical School
College within the next year. Valencia Community College and Seminole
Community College are state community college schools offering 2-year degrees.
